Das aus roten Backsteinen errichtete Hochhaus\u00a0wurde nach William Gooderham benannt. Es wird wegen seiner markanten Dreiecksform auch B\u00fcgeleisenhaus genannt. Allein schon weil es so heisst, wie eines der &#8222;Lieblingsger\u00e4te&#8220; der Frauen, musste ich es suchen und nat\u00fcrlich auch abknipsen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcbrigens, William Gooderham war neben James Worts einer der Besitzer der Gooderham &amp; Worts Destillerie. Dort hat man noch bis vor ca. 25 Jahren Whiskey gebrannt. Ich war zwar schon im &#8222;Distillery Historic District&#8220;, habe aber leider keine Bilder gemacht.
